New Luxury Upcountry Listing

Kauai Luxury Estates – When people search for a country estate on Kauai, often they only look on the North Shore, and unfortunately, some agents who specialize on North Shore properties really are not familiar with some of the wonderful Eastside luxury estate offerings at a much more reasonable price.

For instance, the Makaleha Falls subdivision where I have one property in escrow for a buyer, and a brand new listing (details below), the CC&R’s offer the comfort of living in a planned luxury community without the level of controls in Princeville.  It’s the best of both worlds.  You have the consistency of luxury and quality within your neighborhood, but the privacy of a country estate.

Eastside Luxury Properties are becoming increasingly attractive as they are remote from town, like the North Shore, however there’s less rain and it’s closer to shopping, restaurants, beaches, etc.  Kapaa Town is growing as a fun beach town, with lots to do including the bike path that runs for miles along the ocean.

When I moved here, Kapaa was a working class town.  A place to get your groceries, gas and that’s about it.  I’m glad to see it develop into it’s own character and charm.  It’s not a resort location, but as it’s grown it has a feeling much like the charming beach towns of California.

If you’d like Luxury Upcountry Living and be able to be 5 minutes from the beach, 20 minutes to the North Shore, 20 minutes to the Airport and Lihue – then Eastside Luxury is for you!

  1. Aloha Aaron,
There are some homes under $500,000 on Kauai. I have a client closing this week on a cute home that just needs some cosmetic work and we got it at a good price (under $500K). Depending on your dreams and goals, there are options available. I’d be glad to help!

thanks for real estate information about real estate in Hawaii.

I have a question from real estate brokers? as a professional that selling homes over 500 grand in the Hawaiian Islands is actually a good thing or bad thing?

I especially know one thing for sure that anything over 10,000 ft.² with a two-bedroom or three bedroom home is probably worth 500 grand.

The Garden of Hawaii is a special place that most people try to save their money and retire in the later years of life.

Currently I am not a homeowner I do intend to buy a home soon here on Kauai.
